The center is composed of four individual buildings whose height of 114m in the middle of the site declines to 16m at the edge of the site. They are built on a collective basement construction measuring 145m x 74m with six sub-storeys. Each of the four buildings is structurally self-sustaining, i.e. if necessary they can be completely dismantled individually and rebuilt at any height or geometry without affecting the statics of the other three buildings.
