Structural Engineering Conference 'Baustatik – Baupraxis' in Dresden

Following an invitation to speak at the Structural Engineering Conference 'Baustatik – Baupraxis' at the Technical University of Dresden, Dr. Matthias Zeiml gave a presentation within the mini-symposium 'Innovative Engineering Structural Analysis'. He talked about the modelling and structural analysis of the Elbtower in Hamburg. The presentation was based on the publication 'The Elbtower – Design, Structural Analysis and Construction of Hamburg’s New Beacon', co-authored with Constanze Kugler. The conference provided an excellent opportunity for an engaging and informative exchange with fellow structural engineers from both academia and engineering practice.
